There were three main areas of concentration when developing the razor: simplifying the assembly from the standard three components down to two, modernising the form and utilising subtle design cues to reference safe use.

I tapped into a strong online community of enthusiasts for research. This helped me isolate issues with current razors such as poor balance/weight distribution and the complexity of fitting new blades.
